Today, we discussed the prompt for the argumentative essay. You worked in groups to decide the topic for your paper, your position, your support, and the counterargument. For those of you who were absent today, I have put the handouts in an envelope on my office door. The 1st draft is due in class on Tuesday, December 1, so please collect the handouts before Thanksgiving break.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
